What makes us different?

Honesty & integrity in our work is very important to us. We work to educate the consumer on how their water system works. Consumer education leads to higher levels of confidence in choosing a service provider. Confident customers are happy customers, and happy customers tell co-workers, friends, and family members that we're the company to call for their next water system project.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured as general contractors. Additionally, there's always someone on the site who is licensed as a specialty electrician, plumber, and water well driller, to make sure all the work is completed to code.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We guarantee our workmanship, labor, and the parts we install for no less than 5 years from the date of invoice. The work must be paid for upon completion, and all warranties are void if full and complete payment is not received within 15 days of invoice. Additonal terms & conditions may apply, ask the technician about the details.

What's included in a well inspection?

Most inspections last 1 to 1-1/2 hours, and include a bacteria sample, and an inspection of the electrical & plumbing system as it relates to the well, and a flow test of the well. The basic inspection package is $350, plus tax. If the system is unusual and requires more than 1-1/2 hours to complete the inspection, we'll charge our normal labor rate ($120 per man-hour) after the first hour and a half.

If the home is older than a 1990 construction, we recommend that the client do some more in depth testing of the well. At minimum, we'd like to test for Arsenic ($30) and Nitrates ($50), but the most thorough testing would be an Incomplete InOrganic ("IOC") test. The IOC Test ($350) will cover 31 different analytes that are deemed primary and secondary drinking water contaminants, including lead, mercury, arsenic, etc.

What are our Customers saying?

"JKA Well drilling was the answer to our 2yr quest to correct our serious water issues. After interviewing many "qualified" individuals Pierce was the only one who responded with solutions that addressed all of our needs. His ability to listen and to respond in terms that we could understand was only superceded by his performance and delivery of a system that works as promised. Sincerely, David Pomeroy

Customer review on our Google listing, Janurary 13th, 2010

"Thank you for your services.  You were very helpful with any questions we had, and also amazingly prompt.  It's hard to find pro's that aren't full of BS anymore, we appreciate your honesty - and it's nice to see that some are still around!"

Customer letter sent to us in January of 2005

"You [Pierce] and Jim have been a real pleasure to work with.  You know how some businesses post letters from happy customers on the walls of their establishment?  If you do that, or if you would for any other reason like me to write a letter of appreciation you could use as a reference, I would be happy to do that.  I can write a pretty good letter.  In any case, you have been real gentlemen.  I appreciate it."

Why are these licenses important?

It is required for any person working on a pump system to have a combination plumber/electrical license. Additionally, any person modifying or constructing a well is required to have a water well drillers license.

In fact, if a person working on any system requiring a license doesn't have that license, you're not legally obligated to reimburse them!
